Use of this website

Content on this site is provided for general information. Pricing examples are estimates; actual quotes are provided in writing after inspection.

Repair services

All repairs are performed after a written quote is approved. Turnaround estimates are provided in good faith and may change for complex work or parts sourcing. Items left uncollected for more than 90 days after notification may be subject to storage fees and, after 12 months, disposition under Colorado law.

Guarantee

Workmanship is guaranteed against defects. The guarantee does not cover damage from accidents, misuse or normal wear, or pre-existing conditions we identified and you declined to repair.

Risk and insurance

Items are insured while in our custody. Customers should maintain their own insurance for full replacement value.

Intellectual property

Text, images and the Ivanquero Co. name and logo are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
