How often should white gold be rhodium plated?
Most rings worn daily benefit from re-plating every 12 to 24 months, depending on skin chemistry and wear.
Are ultrasonic cleaners safe for all stones?
No. Emeralds, opals, pearls and some treated stones are hand cleaned instead. We check each piece first.
Does polishing remove metal?
A very small amount. We polish conservatively and recommend refinishing only when needed.
