Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for drop-offs, inspections and watch batteries. For appraisals and custom design consultations we recommend calling ahead so we can set aside time with you.
How long do repairs take?
Many repairs such as sizing, chain soldering and prong retipping are ready in one to three business days. Custom work and complex restorations take longer, and we always give an estimated date at drop-off.
Is my jewelry insured while in your care?
Yes. Every piece is logged, photographed and covered by our business insurance from the moment you hand it to us until pickup.
Do you repair costume jewelry?
We repair plated and costume pieces when it is practical and cost effective, and we will tell you honestly when it is not.
