Built on the bench, not the sales floor
After years working behind the scenes for retail chains, watching customers' heirlooms boxed up and shipped across the country for basic repairs, our founder opened Ivanquero Co. in Lakewood to do things differently. Here, the person who quotes your repair is the person who performs it.
We invested in a laser welder, a stereo microscope and a full casting setup so that even delicate work, like retipping a prong next to an emerald, can be done in-house without risk. We also keep a small inventory of matched diamonds and findings so most repairs are not delayed waiting on parts.
What we care about most is honesty. If a piece is not worth repairing, we will tell you. If a cheaper fix will hold up just as well, we will recommend it.
